LEADERSHIP WITH EXPERIENCE
Commercial construction has been part of Bobby’s life from the beginning. Growing up around his father’s projects, he learned early that success in this industry is built on more than the work itself. It is built on integrity, fairness, hard work, strong relationships, and the ability to lead people through challenges while treating everyone with respect.
Bobby began his own career in the field, spending 15 years with a large local commercial general contractor before broadening his experience into project management, operations, and owner representation. Working from multiple sides of the industry shaped his understanding of what clients, trade partners, and project teams need to be successful.
Today, those principles are at the foundation of Creative Building Solutions. As Managing Partner, Bobby focuses on bringing people together, communicating openly, solving problems early, and finding practical solutions to difficult projects and conversations.
His vision for Creative goes beyond completing individual projects. It is about earning trust, building long-term relationships, and creating continued growth through collaboration and strong partnerships. The goal is to be the team clients and trade partners know they can count on-not just for the project in front of them, but for all future projects as well.
